Once I understand your situation, my goal is to educate you about your best option for the length of time you may be in your home. To do this, I will share all of the information of the loan including the YSP and any upfront fees in writing. With full knowledge of your rate options you will be able to decide if we roll my fee into the rate or into the loan.
